Treelined Lake Outpost

Treelined Lake Outpost

Trophy Smallmouth Bass and Northern Pike Fishing

  • Only cabin on the lake
  • Hosts up to eight guests
  • Fish for smallmouth bass and northern pike

Your one-stop for trophy smallmouth bass and northern pike! Picture a cool, gin-clear lake with lots of fighting trophy-sized smallmouth bass and northern pike, and that’s Treelined Lake outpost. Treelined Lake lies within the Trophy Waters Area and some of the fish caught and released can attest to that!

The lake is remarkably clear. You can sight-fish the smallmouth bass close to the shoreline. A camera is a must. You’ll witness follow-ups to the boat with two to three bass at any one time. The smallmouth average 17 to 18 inches (2 – 3 lbs.) on every catch with 4 – 5 lb. fish (20 to 22 inches) landed regularly. And, if that isn’t enough, the northern pike average 5 – 7 lbs. on every catch with 15 – 20 lb. lunkers caught every season.

Wildlife is also abundant in this area. It’s very possible to see moose feeding along the shoreline during the twilight hours and nesting eagles across the bay from your cabin. And, of course, you can always expect to hear the call of the loon break the silence every evening.

The Outpost Cabin

The deluxe two-bedroom cabin provides comfortable accommodations for up to eight anglers. It has a cathedral ceiling, skylights, large screened-in porch with wraparound deck, complete kitchen facilities, hot and cold running water, and a hot shower. You’ll also find a propane barbeque and fish cooker for easy meal prep. Tell fish stories around the fire by the lake. This outpost cabin, along with our others, is one of the finest in the area. This is a beautiful, unspoiled outpost adventure that only a remote Canadian fly-in trip can offer.
